eSmart Source, Inc. was founded  in 1999 with a mission to provide onsite IT and temporary staffing services to technology companies. Industry veteran and CEO Sanjiv Dua joined the company in 2002 and the following year, eSmart Source diversified and began providing training, products and services into the newly emerging RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) field under the name RFID4U. Today, no other company in the world has delivered more RFID training to global technology leaders than RFID4U.

As an aid for expansion, eSmart Source sought-out and was awarded the Small Business Administration 8(a) designation in 2009. Today, from our corporate office located in the Silicon Valley, eSmart Source works globally providing Certified Technical Training & Course Development, RFID Training & Consulting, Open Source Software Services and nationally - staffing services.

Our credentials, experience and reputation within the technical training and RFID space are known world-wide. Our CEO is a sought-after speaker at industry conventions and wrote “CompTIA RFID+ Passport” published by McGraw Hill in 2007. In 2005, industry leading associations CompTIA and AIM Global were seeking to develop industry certifications in RFID and training. eSmart Source (under our RFID4U banner) became a Cornerstone Member of the distinguished committee that developed and approved the criteria for certification with technical and financial assistance provided by companies such as Texas Instruments, IBM, DHL, Motorola and eSmart Source. While we had been delivering technical training prior to the industry adoption of certification standards, RFID4U was subsequently able to pioneer delivery and content of certified technical training using agreed upon standards. We took the lead in offering instructor led company on-site, off-site and web-based (CBT) technical training and training content development for leading technology companies and associations globally. Many of the company publications are approved quality curriculum by CompTIA under CAQC program. Additionally, eSmart Source custom developed what is today, the largest RFID eLearning portal for learning management based on open source technologies and launched under the brand name TEAMRFID. Today, TEAMRFID is used by leading manufacturers, media and associations including RFID Journal, AFCEA, Bluestar, Omron, Thingmagic, Omnitrol and Metalcraft among others.

Based upon our success, eSmart Source expanded and began offering certified CompTIA Secruity+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, Wireless, Security and CISSP training and custom course development services.

eSmart Source works in both the commercial and government sectors. A few of our key accomplishments include sitting on the small and very select group of the Microsoft RFID Partner Advisory Council; being recognized as a preferred training partner for companies such as Motorola, Zebra, Omron and Printronix; providing RFID hardware and consulting services to Unisys, Los Alamos Labs and Brunswick; providing staffing services to companies such as BEA Systems, Avaya and Network Solutions among others and performing software services engagements for companies such as Lackawana Logistics, Brunswick and Omron.
